Additionally my drls and front park lights are not coming on either though not as problematic as they re not needed to pass inspection here.

Either way the fuse is lr park fuse 14 and is a 10 amp located in the rear fuse block under the rear seat.
If that fuse tests good and you still don t have power at the license plate light sockets there are two connections in line to the sockets that may be.
I checked all my other lights and some fuses but couldnt find a fuse for the license plate lights.
If those lights are working then the fuse should be good.
