2007 Jeep Wrangler Fog Lights Not Working

Got some stock fog lights with no hook up to my jeep bought a kawell wiring kit 130w 40 amp relay wiring harness to hook them up and they are not working th.

I am trying to get my sons fog light to work i have put a new relay in the 20amp fuse is good when i turn the headlights on and put a jumper in the 2 pins and the lights go on now the. If not the switch may be bad or you have a wiring issue. Is there more than 1 relay if so where is the second located. When the high beams are on there should be power to one other terminal to the relay which will open it.
